Insignia Training

Well what a great start to the week. The Insignia team held our first training sessions this week and what a success it was.

The week started of with our Induction (Day 1) training course. 14 Care Workers attended and the day went with a bang. The session was very open with lots of group input. The feedback from the course was very positive.

As a company we invest lots of time and money to train our staff and this investment has been well rewarded. We know that training our staff to a high standard will mean that our care workers will deliver a high standard of care to our clients.

We have also delivered our in-house First Aid & CPR course and this also has been a huge success. The group interacted with our trainer (Julia Corby RGN, Cert.ED) and each other. Again the feedback to the office has been very positive.

Our aim to be the best independent care provider in Norfolk is on its way to being achieved.

Good Luck Class 2010 (March)!!

  1. The training days were great. I was surprised how much things have changed. I have been caring for over 10 years and I have got to say the insignia courses were the best I have ever been on. The trainers were full of usefull info. It was really nice to be able to ask lots of questions and get detailed answers. If the quality of training is anything to go by Insignia is going to be the best in the uk not just norfolk. I think I have chosen an employer I will be with for a long time.
